If music be the food of love, then is this the food of music?

I LOVE the carrot flute. I'm getting out my drill and making one! And when I'm done, I'll eat it with dip. Yay.

I think the term is sustainable entertainment.. but only if the carrot is organic.

That was amazing.

This is awesome! It's the organic version of STOMP!

I bet I would have been a better musician and vegetable eater if I could have played with them like that. That was really cool. I am going to google the carrot flute, so I can make one too.

willym: Good point! I should write books on edible paper. That way, if it doesn't get published, I can always eat it. My, that paragraph was delicious, filled with tasty metaphors.

Doralong: you have all the great phrases: first "estrogen accesory" and now "sustainable entertainment." If you don't work in advertising, you missed your calling.

jb: glad you liked!

Paul: Organic Stomp? Sounds messier than the original (I have visions of the veges in a stomped and composting heap at the end) but fun!

Sage: If you "google" the carrot flute I'm pretty sure it's better not to eat it afterwards....

Delicious. That was great. That carrot flute was beautiful. I guess it's more like a recorder, one of my favorite instruments. I also watched the guy with the broccoli instrument.

That was wonderful! Ella and I just watched it. I am enamored with the squeaky cabbage. She, as a flute player and as a vegetarian, enjoyed it very much. She likes the carrot flute too. That is her instrument of course. She also liked the yellow pepper with the internal carrot mute tooter. I will show it to charlotte. I am curious what she will hear. She plays percussion and sings. But, she is also 14 and, as you know, we can rarely show them anything of interest. I am sorry I haven't been responsive this past week. I will try to attend to your delightful internet soiree with the rest of the fan club this week. We have vacation, and there are many important things to do around the house, all of which I need to avoid.

Hoooray that you are better, and hooray for Kirk for finding the wonderful cartoon. What a bunch of peaches. XXXOOO

Granny: It's the internet age. I'm guessin we aint seen nuthin yet!

Cowbell: Glad you liked it. You know, I think cruciferous vegetables have been needing a new identity. Break out of that good green box, and join funk!

Mumbliss: I don't expect regular attendance at my cyber coffee Klatch. Anyway, I'm glad Ella liked it. As for the 14 year olds... I haven't even bothered to show it to the twins. Maybe in a couple of years, when I'm no longer an idiot.

Who would've thought you could have so much fun with vegetables and power tools... uh, oh never mind...
