Spring is slow in coming here so this just made me happy.
Hope you like it too. It makes me want to go out and commit art. From the fabulous, provocative, inspirational Wooster Collective at http://woostercollective.com/.
way back when there was no chance of rain, i got a great umbrella on sale for $2.50...I love it..push a button and it speads and opens..but it's not yellow...sigh*
This is just too freakin' sublime. Yes, "commit art"...I think you've coined a lovely phrase.
The best public art installation in the flatlands recently was using the shell of an old stone chapel that was missing a roof and stringing the opening with lamps (yes, lamps, not light). Tres cool.
All, so glad you like it. I really really really want to do something like this. I was thinking of getting red umbrellas, turning them inside out, and planting them like tulips. My sedate neighborhood would be shocked!

Okay first YDG gives me a chuckle and now you got me smiling like a sick Cheshire cat - a good way to start my Friday morning. Grazie.
Isn't that just the best? It really made me smile!
Hope it Springs for you soon!!
Thanks, I needed that. It's frickin' snowing again this morning...

Just yesterday, I pointed to a color (like that of the umbrellas) and said, "Now, that is an ugly color."
I was wrong.
That is really cool..I wanna do that to my tree in my front yard.
