dang!.....I really liked that..I like ole rufus...but first time I have seen him do that song..and was terrific..I think I like it here..just saw the link to the golden compass..my new favorite book....have you seen the movie?....I'm going this month...just hate to have to go to waco to do anything,even to go to the movie..

I'm not a big Rufus fan, but that was lovely. My favorites will always be, of course Garland, but I also love the way Patti LaBelle sings the living hell out of that song.

EG: Yeah, Rufus is definitely a taste you either have or you don't. A friend of mine says she thinks he sounds like he's yodeling!

I've never heard Patti's version of the song, and I'd love to. I've adored her since the "Lady Marmalade" days.

Granny: LOVE, love, love, the Golden compass and all the His Dark Materials books! The movie is supposed to suck big time though.
